1. このサービスについて

「つくりば」は、YouTube（現時点では YouTube のみ。Instagram はURLの保存に対応予定ですが、材料・手順の自動読み取りは未対応です）で見つけた料理動画を保存し、材料と手順をAIで読み取り、実際につくった記録を残すためのアプリです。運営は Main void ltd（mainvoid）、アプリ識別子は io.mainvoid.tsukuriba です。本規約は、あなたが「つくりば」を利用するにあたっての条件を定めるものです。

2. アカウント

利用にはアカウントが必要です。メールアドレスとパスワード、Apple、または Google のいずれかでサインインできます。アカウントの情報（メールアドレス、保存物、記録）は、あなたの認証済みセッションでしかアクセスできないよう、データベース側の Row Level Security で保護されています（詳しくはプライバシーポリシーをご覧ください）。アカウントの認証情報を第三者に渡さないでください。

3. 禁止事項

以下の行為を禁止します。

• API・機能を不正に利用し、保存やAI読み取りの上限を回避しようとする行為
• 自動化ツールでのスクレイピングや大量アクセス
• 他人のアカウントへの不正アクセス
• 法令に違反する内容の保存・共有
• サービスの提供を妨げる行為

4. 保存元の動画プラットフォームについて

「つくりば」は動画そのものを保管・配信するものではありません。保存するのは動画のURL、タイトル、サムネイル、AIが読み取った材料・手順といった参照情報です。動画は引き続き YouTube（将来的には Instagram）上に存在し、それぞれのプラットフォームの利用規約・著作権が適用されます。動画が削除・非公開になった場合、保存したレシピの一部情報が古くなる、または動画リンクが開けなくなることがあります。

5. 公開レシピページについて

つくりばの公式サイトには、保存されたレシピをもとにした動画ごとの公開ページ（/recipes）があります。

そこに出るのは、AIが動画から読み取った料理名・材料・手順・時間などの情報と、元動画へのリンクだけです。誰が保存したかは出ません。保存した人を特定できる情報は返しても辿ってもいません。同じ動画を何人が保存したかも出しません。つくった記録（写真・評価・メモ・アレンジ）は一切含みません。

手順は、AIが自分の言葉で機能的な指示として書き直せたものだけを載せます。動画の概要欄の文章をそのまま持ってきたと判定されたものは載せず、材料と元動画へのリンクだけのページになります。

クリエイターの方へ。 ご自身の動画のページを取り下げたい場合は、ページ下部の「このページの取り下げを依頼する」から、または support@pappimane.com までご連絡ください。理由の説明は不要です。確認のうえ、そのページを削除します。

6. 材料・手順の正確性について（重要）

保存したレシピの材料と手順は、動画のタイトルと概要欄のテキストを AI（deepseek/deepseek-v4-flash、OpenRouter経由）が読み取って自動的に作成したものです。AIは「テキストに書かれていること以外は創作しない」よう指示されていますが、読み取りの誤り・抜け・見落としは起こり得ます。

これは実際に食べるものに関わる情報です。特にアレルギー物質については、必ず動画本編・概要欄・コメントなど元の情報を自分の目で確認してから調理してください。 アプリが表示する材料・手順を鵜呑みにせず、最終的な確認はご自身の責任で行ってください。

7. サブスクリプション（PREMIUM）

PREMIUM は自動更新の定期購入で、App Store（Apple）を通じて提供されます。

• 価格は App Store が表示する金額に従います（アプリ内では固定の金額を表示せず、ストアの価格文字列をそのまま使っています）。
• 7日間の無料トライアルが提供される場合があります。トライアル終了の少なくとも24時間前までに解約しなければ、選択したプラン（月額または年額）で自動的に課金が始まります。
• 解約は App Store の「サブスクリプション」設定から、いつでも行えます（アプリの設定画面からその画面を直接開けます）。
• 買い切り（ライフタイム）プランはありません。
• 購入の復元に対応しています。

8. 無料プランの上限

無料プランには、次の上限があります（実際にサーバー側の機能で強制されている数値です）。

つくった記録（カレンダーへの記録）自体は、どちらのプランでも無制限です。上記の上限は、レシピの保存・保存件数・AI提案の生成のみに適用されます。

9. 免責事項

「つくりば」は現状有姿で提供され、特定の目的への適合性や、常時のサービス可用性を保証するものではありません。AIが読み取った材料・手順の正確性についても保証しません。本サービスは医療・栄養に関する助言を行うものではなく、健康上の判断が必要な場合は専門家にご相談ください。

10. 規約の変更

本規約は必要に応じて変更することがあります。変更した場合は、この文書とページ上部の「最終更新」日を更新します。重要な変更がある場合は、アプリ内で分かるようお知らせするよう努めます。変更後も引き続きサービスを利用された場合、変更後の規約に同意したものとみなします。

本規約は日本法に準拠します。

1. What this service is

つくりば (Tsukuriba) lets you save cooking videos you find on YouTube (Instagram links can be saved, but automatic ingredient/step extraction is YouTube-only today), have an AI read out the ingredients and steps, and keep a log of what you actually cooked. It is operated by Main void ltd (mainvoid), app identifier io.mainvoid.tsukuriba. These Terms set out the conditions under which you may use it.

2. Your account

You need an account to use the app. You can sign in with email and password, Apple, or Google. Your account data (email, saved items, logs) is protected by database-level Row Level Security, so it is only reachable through your own authenticated session — see the Privacy Policy for detail. Do not share your login credentials with anyone else.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• try to bypass the save or AI-extraction limits by abusing the API or the app
• scrape or hit the service with automated bulk traffic
• access another person’s account without authorization
• save or share content that violates the law
• interfere with the operation of the service

4. About the video platforms recipes come from

つくりば does not host or stream the videos themselves. What we store is reference information — the video URL, title, thumbnail, and the ingredients/steps our AI extracted. The video itself continues to live on YouTube (and, in future, Instagram), and each platform’s own terms of service and copyright apply to it. If a video is deleted or made private, parts of a saved recipe may go stale or its link may stop working.

5. Public recipe pages

The つくりば website has a public page per video (/recipes), built from saved recipes.

Those pages show only what the AI read out of the video — the dish name, ingredients, steps, times — and a link to the original video. They do not show who saved it. No information that identifies a saver is returned or reachable, and we do not publish how many people saved a given video. Cooking logs (photos, ratings, notes, variations) are never included.

Steps appear only when the AI rewrote the method in its own words as functional instructions. Where the wording was judged to be carried over from the video’s description, the steps are withheld and the page shows only ingredients and a link to the video.

For creators. If you want the page for your video taken down, use “このページの取り下げを依頼する” at the bottom of that page, or write to support@pappimane.com. No explanation is needed; we will check and remove it.

6. Accuracy of ingredients and steps (important)

The ingredients and steps for a saved recipe are produced automatically by an AI model (deepseek/deepseek-v4-flash, via OpenRouter) reading the video’s title and description text. The model is instructed not to invent anything beyond what the text actually says, but extraction mistakes, omissions, and misreads can and do happen.

This matters because you’re going to eat the result. Always check the original video, its description, and its comments yourself before cooking — especially for allergens. Do not treat what the app shows you as a guarantee. The final check is yours to make.

7. Subscription (PREMIUM)

PREMIUM is an auto-renewing subscription sold through the App Store (Apple).

• Prices are whatever the App Store displays for your storefront — the app never shows a hardcoded price, it uses the store’s own formatted price string.
• A 7-day free trial may be offered. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, billing begins automatically on the plan you chose (monthly or yearly).
• You can cancel at any time from the App Store’s Subscriptions screen — the app’s settings page links straight to it.
• There is no lifetime/one-time-purchase option.
• Restoring past purchases is supported.

8. Free plan limits

The free plan has the following limits, which are the actual numbers enforced by the server:

Your cooking log itself (the record of what you cooked) is unlimited on both plans. The limits above apply only to saving recipes, extracting ingredients/steps, and generating AI suggestions.

9. Disclaimer

つくりば is provided as-is, without a guarantee of fitness for a particular purpose or of constant availability. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-extracted ingredients or steps. This service does not provide medical or nutritional advice — consult a professional for anything health-related.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll update this document and the “Last updated” date at the top, and try to flag material changes inside the app. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
